I am really disappointed with this ISP, as it's been two months now since I app**** to become a Cool Ideas Reseller, and there's not even an acknowledgement of this or any details on the process. I had hoped to build a reputation with the company, as they are highly recommended and, from experience, are regarded as one of the best.

I am left with disappointment that no one can seem to give me an answer, and now I've been emailing Kelly, and she's been taking me from pillar to post, telling me to apply for fibre.
