Best support out there

Awsome ISP. It's always a pleasure dealing with their support department and they're also very active on the Mybroadband forum which is a massive plus. Their network engineer on the forum is extremely helpful. I once had a small issue and he resolved it at 01:00AM the Saturday morning. Talk about customer service!!! Thanks a lot @PBCool
