Best customer service

I honestly feel like I might be giving this review prematurely, but the service I’ve received so far from Cool Ideas has been absolutely amazing.

From the very first interaction, every consultant I spoke to showed exceptional patience. I’ll be honest,I know I can be a bit annoying 😅 and I am definitely not a tech person. I work with numbers, not technology. But they took their time to explain everything in the simplest possible way until I fully understood. That alone meant so much to me.

What really stood out was their communication. I would literally say, “Please call me now, now,” and within minutes I would receive a call. That tells me they are truly on top of their emails and customer communication, and they genuinely care.

The service itself was quick and efficient. I was initially doubtful when they said the router delivery would take 24–48 hours,but to my surprise, it arrived in less than 24 hours! I was so impressed.

The pricing is also very reasonable and doable. Another big plus was that they took the time to explain the difference between 5G and the other frequency (something my previous provider never bothered to explain). I actually learned something new.

Overall, I am extremely impressed and very happy so far. I’m praying that my journey with them continues this way, but at this point, I truly have no complaints. I would recommend Cool Ideas Fiber to anyone without hesitation.
