Having reported a matter of band width and speed over a month ago I am still waiting for either you or Vumatell to either fix the or at least have the common decency to report back. Nothing has improved speed and band width wise also your manners regarding complaints. I think you assume if you you make a few promises and phone calls they will go away. I promise you I will keep complaining until you sort this matter out.
