Be careful of their lies

I’m starting to really get p*&^%# off with CISP. Firstly I was deceived into signing up with them being told that I get debited the end of the first month after I was up and connected. That was a blatant lie to get me to sign up with Cool Ideas and a week later my account gets debited. I of course budgeted accordingly and was very deep in the s%$# as a result of that. Now I see my money was deducted yesterday again. It wasnt even the end of the month which, as per their own website, is when your account gets debited. Foolishly I actually fell for the same *** and now I sit with an overdrawn account which negatively affects my credit rating.

Be careful of CISP they will tell you everything you want to hear to get you to sign up with them. When I called to query this I was simply told ''I'm sorry'' yeah your apology really warmed my heart. I am sorry I never demanded a refund as I even sent them proof of what I was told and they didn't even respond to that
