Bad service towards new joiners
Pathetic service I joined a month ago Waited a month for line Cancellation Now already two days late with router delivery
Bad planning on their side
No sense of urgency towards new clients

We are sorry to hear of this frustration
Upon investigation we have found the line was being held by your previous ISP, once the line was released we placed the order as per normal, we then requested payment for the router delivery and this can take up to 24 hours to arrive.
