Bad Service-So Disappointing
Again im very disappointed at this company. I was really a big fan of them but i guess when you get bigger you forget the smaller people. Its been almost 3 weeks and absolutely no response. I was then due a refund only to be told that refunds only take place on a Fri and i must wait as my email was not sent in time even though the email was sent back to cool ideas with my bank details on Wed 8th July. Funny i now have to wait for my own money but when it was activation time i needed to pay this immediately

20 Jul 2020, 11:39So its now the 20th July and still no resolution. I was asked to take pics of the outside to see if i even have infrastructure. Its a simple thing guys. Either we have fiber or not. Nikita Fontbin has been really helpful but its been now 2 months and the only thing im getting are emails. Could we not just get someone to come out and do a site inspection? And lets not talk about my refund.....Cool ideas is not cool. Guess when you get big you really do forget about the little guy
