Bad service from Cool Ideas
I have now phoned Cool Ideas, who has been my ISP for over a year, 4 times to help me with my router settings and nobody can help me, they don't even try, all they say is that they don't/won't deal with ASUS routers. Please tell me who can help me if my service provider won't? Surely the technical staff can at least try to help with router settings? Just about had enough!! My son has to do online schooling and we can't get our internet to work.

we are sorry to hear of this frustration, we will request a senior technician get in touch and assist. our technicians are trained on our preferred make and model of router and will be able to assist with basic settings on foreign routers, if the settings request is more indepth we must suggest a preferred IT provider to assist with the network settings as we can provide assistance on the common settings section.
someone will be in touch shortly to assist :)
