Bad Service
Cool ideas is probably the worst ever service provider. Was installed on saturday morning 20/02/21 and up till today 22/02/21 still havent received my username or password to access my service. Ive been told from consultants it takes 24 to 48hrs to retrieve that info from Vumatel. How the heck does it take that long to send an email with that info. Since my pre order it has been issue after issue with these guys, and guess what payment has been made long ago. So your money gets taken and they decide on when they want to be helpfull or activate your services. How can a service provider have so many issues each day its something thats being resolved on their side yet the customers issues just never seems to be resolved at all. Not even worth the 1 star

we see that the line was installed this past saturday and the fibre line provider had not provided the details to our orders team, this has been escalated accordingly
we are reliant on the fibre line provider for the install and configuration of the line and have escalation processes in place to deal with any instances where the customers install has been delayed. should you experience issues in the future kindly email us on complaints @ cool ideas . co .za so we can have a supervisor get involved. in the meanwhile someone will be in touch to discuss the way forward
