Bad service and false pretence

Sadly I can give cool ideas not more than 1 star this is for two reasons. I have a 10mb fibre line, however the supp**** router does a max of 1 mb. When I queried this I was told cool ideas never promised a 10mb wifi router. In my oppinion this is conscious misleading! Also my line could not be tested as I do not have a computer with a cable port and the whole house is wireless, to check my line I would have had to pay extra. As it is I do not have internet for the last two days! Contacting cool ideas is only via internet!! Go figure, and than not even via live chat but via email, that helps if one wants to know whats going on and depends on internet for work. So NO I can not recommend cool ideas. It is the accessibility if things go wrong and the turnaround time to fix, that makes good service, not selling a product under fals pretense
