Bad service
I am terribly disappointed with cool ideas that only escalates all my complaints from the 14th today is the 30th of May and all I get is it has been escalated. I feel like an escalater already Telisha I have managed to get way more done then you have I have called vumatel I spoke to Zee and Irefaan . I have emailed *** Nicole responded . Why can't someone there call these people and get it sorted. Now I call and Telisha is on another call . I am still sitting with no wifi if you can't do your job just give me a manager's number at vumatel . For a damn technician to come out. I keep getting the same response from cool ideas no response from Vumatel so who are you speaking to if they are answering there phones now. Surely you must have a number .
