Bad Service
Our Internet is down from 2022-05-11 10:51 PM. We contacted them I the don't call back to explain when we will be up and running again. We pay for a service which we don get.

I did go to the website and checked before reporting you. However I have been contacted by Faith Ngoasheng and she transfered me to Bheki Sibanyoni. As mentioned to Bheki Cool Ideas should have a back up plan in place as we do at work if there is a fibre outage.
I can confirm that in our complex we are the only unit without internet.
Cool Ideas should then bring me a router with sim card and data that we can connect this weekend. I will be at home 14:00.
We have now paid for 48 hours of no internet this cost will then balance the cost of the router not even to mention the inconvenience as we take out low cell phone contracts to cover the cost of fibre.
