BAD SERVICE
Cool Ideas disconnected me, wanting to pay service i didnt get, i am working from home, the line was activated 1st of April 2022 and since lockdown i have been using Rain 5G uncapped at R699 per month and never had any issues. and then courier company send Router on the 4th April afternoon... so in the interim i used Rain until month end...i couldnt wait for cool ideas and the Router at that time i am working from home. so come end of April i paid the Rain service and paid Cool Ideas, now they has suspended the fibre saying i owe for May, when i pay end of April i was paying for May service. Cool ideas is saying they suspended it coz i should have paid for April for the service i didnt get, and meaning that while waiting for the router i must just stay without working and loose my job. such a pathetic service and for the company that doesnt care about their client, now i am working from home and since Monday i cant work as the Fibre is off. Dont use Cool Ideas, never think of installing it, get another one but not Cool Ideas.

I got a call from Kamogelo from your billing, i am not happy with feedback she gave me. Firstly Cool Ideas has inconvenienced me, since from Monday as i am working from home until today as i am not able to work or perform my duties because of the POOR service i have received and i must suffer because of that. When Kamogelo called me she didnt come with the solution but on top of the POOR service and INCONVENIECED they caused me for not working or performing my daily duties they care about the money but not with a GOOD service the should provide their clients with. She kept on telling me about her SUPERIOR say this or say that what a PATHETIC service i have ever had. They want me to pay PRO-RATA on top of the INCONVENIECED they caused me. I regret choosing them and i will not refer anyone to use their services.
