Bad Service

Cool Ideas are the worst service provider I have had the mis-fortune of dealing with. Their accounts department are unable to assist with the smallest and easiest of queries and there is never a team-leader or manager to assist you. They will leave you on hold for over 10 minutes at a time and your queries are never resolved. Very bad service and we have been a customer for over two years. I would not recommend this service provider. Poor service.
