bad service
Hi
I would like to notify my dissatisfaction with cool ideas , the call center agents are very unprofessional, they disconnected my fiber line without my consent as a result of this action been struggling for a full 2 weeks to get my line active again!! i have spent well over R 300 in airtime and the contact center agents as well as the managers have not been helpful
