Bad ISP Service

I have only heard good things of Cool Ideas, so I decided to try them as an ISP. . . Worst mistake I could have done, 12 Days since I app**** for a package from them with a existing active fibre line already installed so only activation was needed, so I created a ticket with them requesting activation, they came back to me saying the line is being held with the previous provider, which I completely understand waited about 8 days for them to resolve this nothing happened, It then costed me to contact the previous tenant to get a cancelation form of the line and according the the fibre provider within 2-4H the line will be available for reactivation from a new provider 4 days later and still nothing is happening, 12 Days of total struggle with them and still sitting without any data connection. I do not like their service, and would not reccomend them to anyone, maybe a few people was lucky but my experience so far was horrible with them. Why do I have to do their work and be more successful than the so called ISP of the year is?
