Bad installation services
Very Bad service trying to get a new open serve line installed in our holiday home, Kenton on sea Eastern Cape, We placed the order just over a week ago and they can't even get open serve to schedule a time for installation, I have followed up so many times and all I get is to be told that they will escalate the ticket to a different department and then they will contact me back and I do not ever hear back from you guys, this Is pathetic service. When are you people going to stop being lazy and assist in this matter correctly and promptly. Get Openserve here to install and stop waiting for the customer to keep phone to ask what is going on. Ticket number #COOL-*** - New Order Processing. I have also posted on hello Peter about open serve. This is pathetic.
