Bad Ideas

Do not use Cool Ideas as your ISP. The past few months have been a total disaster for me and I cannot get help. They eventually fixed my connection but it lasted not even a day before starting to drop again. Their ******* service has affected every aspect of my life during lockdown, since I live alone and work online. No Zoom or Skype, no movies, and no VOIP. Documents stall if you're working online and trying to save your work to the cloud or entering data online every few minutes. The first time I got any real help was only after I confirmed my cancellation. I cannot wait to see the end of Cool Ideas. They will force you to pay for the notice period (1 month) even though they are giving you nothing in return. I wish I'd never heard of them or signed up. Be warned.
