Bad idea to use them
40/40 line drops to speeds below 354kbps. They just give a general response and don't actually solve the issue

24 Jul 2023, 19:31Got a response. Alex called me, thanks Alex. Me and him went through the procedure to try and rectify the issue. Line was reset, got better speeds after reset. Thanks for your friendly help this evening Alex.
