Bad experience into something good😊

We recently move to new premises and to change from open serve to vumatel has veen a mission. I eventually got notification that my first debit order went off and that i can start using my wifi. Cant get hold of vumatel, been sending mails to cool ideas and no one picked up the phone to call to try sort it out. I was just about to loose it until i call and spoke to Trevonne Moyo who spoke us through logging in and getting the connection up and running. He was helpful, understanding and patient with me. Thank you so much Trevonne Moyo for your help. We really do appreciate it, you went the extra mile to stay on the phone until i was sorted
