Bad Customer Services

I am having the same issues for more than a week now and no one seems to solve this issue. Why is this? This morning i was told to plug my laptop out of the living room and move it the my Admin room where the connection box is with the rooter. Why i must do this hell knows. I am so dissatisfied with the services that i am starting to look around for another isp. Why can nobody get to the source of this problem and let everybody be happy. I am not here to do youre work. I am the client and pay my fees every month for youre services. At the moment i dont get any services from you guys. Last week another guy called David used Anydesk and change some stuff regarding the rooter. For half a day we had stable connection. The next day all troubles started all over again. Connect and Disconnections. This morning i was told to move my laptop around.......for what i really dont know why. This is a joke. I am having issues from my Main Pc and not only from the wifi devices. Can you please get someone that understand the issues and problems that im having. I need this to get sorted asap.

And yet the next day i am still waiting for someone to assist me. I would not recommend Cool ideas to anybody els. This is very bad service from their side. I am so disappointed.
