Bad customer service
Totally disgusting in the service of this service provider. The payment methods doesn't work and when they agents give you a alternative payment method, they let you go and drive to a store, the reference number given by the agent, is invalid. This is a week gone by and the WiFi isn't up and running yet. It has taken 4 agents to sort out the problem, still nothing. Not even worth the star rating.
