Bad Customer and internet service

I just got the worst service from cool ideas. I have paid for my service, I haven't had any service for two days now. As I am unable to work as I work from home. I am losing money, and it's no work no pay. The customer service is horrible, I have called multiple of times, where CSR dropped the calls and does not leave any notes on the account. CSR giving wrong information giving me the run around. Yesterday we were unable to get to the correct department as it was a public holiday, today we cannot call as there is an issue with the line.

I am loosing a lot of money due to this and Cool ideas will be hearing from me and the Ombudsman soon.
