Bad connection

So we recently got cool ideas fibre for out flat because we are students and need internet. We heard cool ideas were good so we thought to give them a shot. Turns out they actually aren't that good. We have a 20 mbps line but the internet is so slow and bad that you can't even open google. It's been like this for about two and a half weeks and we're considering to cancel.

we cannot locate any support tickets on our system for you. have you engaged with our support team as yet ?

we have a fully fledged helpdesk in place that are happy to help, we find most speed issues are over wireless which is not within our control but our team is happy to assist in troubleshooting this for you
