Bad Communication and Service

I've been been given the run around from Cool Ideas since last year. I've requested on several times for a refund for the subscription I paid so I can find an alternate service provider but they ignore my emails. I've called and emaild for reference numbers but they ignore this as well. I'm totally fed up with their lack of communication and bad customer service
