Dealing with Telecom and Service provider companies has always been a nightmare in the past. My experience has always been hampered by arguments, negativity and people who are unwilling to do their jobs.

Dealing with Cool Ideas (and Vumatel) has been an absolute pleasure. I have not had one issue (besides an email giving me an instruction which i missed completely, 100% my fault). The people i dealt with were friendly, responses to emails and questions was immediate. No fuss, just awesome service. My connection was up and running in record time too. Great to see and I'm so happy with my ISP (for the first time in my life).
