Awaiting refund ‼️

IM Beyond furious been with Cool Ideas since Oct 2019 had 1 problem it was fixed NOW.. 2nd problem in 2 months I was never debited for July 2022 no notification / email sent from Cool Ideas to apologise I had to phone after them hearing there is problem with they debit order system I was told I would be debited never happened made contact again I was told to make a manual payment which I did and sent through to Opal Khumalo this month by debit order went through twice I have been in contact with Opal assuring my refund would be done on Friday 5 August to no avail.. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE SERVICE DO THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS MY QUESTION OR RATHER I MUST CANCEL ANS FIND A BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER WHO ACTUALLY DO CARE FIR THEY CLIENTS CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GETTING THIS SORTED THANK YOU
