Avoid Cool Ideas if you want fast and consistent FTTH!

Paying for a 10mbps Fibre to the Home Service from Cool Ideas; until about 2 months ago the service was great! Now, its terrible! My internet speed is intermittent and unpredictable and for the most part MUCH MUCH slower than the 10mbps I'm paying for. For some periods it will go down to a miserable 2kbps - that's 0.002mbps!!! I've tried to phone, I've complained in writing on their website, no-one bothers getting back to you - they clearly couldn't care less!
