Avoid Cool Ideas

Avoid this company to save yourself a headache.

After many interactions with this company I feel a review is necessary. I have also recommended this company some time ago to friends & family and have been embarrassed by their incompetence,

- they do not respond to emails. - support is non existent when you call. - give you strange answers on the phone when they are unsure instead of just being straight. - everything will be always be done "shortly" or "in a few minutes" even if that means a few days.

- change premises recently,and just getting back online was a nightmare. - a friend signed up recently and they couldn't understand why Octotel had not been out to install the line until they realized that they had not even processed his application.

Now been trying to do a simple line upgrade for a week with no success.
