Atrocious customer support! If you have problems, you’re on your own.

I’m a new customer. Delivery of my router took weeks. We struggled to get connectivity, and their customer support is very argumentative and appauling. We ended up resolving the issue on our own. Think twice before you choose these guys as your provider.
