BE VERY CAREFUL OF SIGNING UP WITH THEM. my experience has not been very good. first it took almost 16 days to get a response from cool-ideas to signup with them. cool ideas was a recommendation from friends and family, I signed for a packed advertised on vumtel and cool-ideas website for R699 per month on a month to month basis. i have already received an increase in the fees to R749 per month. this is not what i signed up for and this is an absolute disgrace. when calling the accounts department "Tazne" says there is nothing she can do. i will be requesting my signup fee back and go to someone who can honor there advertised offerings, now i have spoken to a so called manager and they tell me there is nothing that can be done. i therefore informed the manager to cancel my subscription with immediate effect and refund me the signup fees. i am now told by a miss delisha, i need to give 30 days notice period for cancelation. i have also been told that i received a price increase notification on the 1st of may. however i only signed up with cool ideas on the 16th may. and my line will not be released until payment is made for this month. it is the 5th June. i am not able to get through to any directors or senior manager, they are well insulated.
