Apathy Rules!

I app**** for a new service on 1 November and paid the required amount for the router. Since then it has been like puling chickens teeth. I have to follow up every week - no feedback without prodding. Line was eventually installed a week ago - still no router in sight. Have had to deal with at least 5 different people at Cool Ideas. Shocking service. Do not recommend.
