An utter shame.

It's been three days since I bought a voucher and they are unable to help me with why it can't load. They make it seem like it's my problem. We had numerous phone calls, chats and emails but someone is yet to fully give me a satisfying service. All I want now is my money to be refunded so that I can look for a new service provider. All I've dealt with so are a bunch of idiots behind a screen that asks me to send this document or that picture as proof of my struggles, which I do provide and yet they are unable to solve this problem or give cer*****y that the problem can fixed on sat time and date.
