Amazing service. Nice to speak to humans, actually!

From the time I placed the order to having the router in my hand was 20 hours. Customer service called me a few times and I had email tracking of my order in almost real time. The router came from Joburg to Cape Town where I live. It was just plug and play. Power it up and I had super fast internet. Very impressed!
