AMAZING service!

Cool ideas is an absolutely amazing ISP. Would recommend it to anybody. We have had absolutely amazing customer service. Had a problem once and it was fixed in 15 seconds with one little phone call. We're currently paying for a 10meg line, and always get at least 18mbps! It's incredible. Even measured up to 60mbps once, not sure how that even happened? We're currently in Parkview, and wouldn't recommend any other ISP.
