Amazing experience
I logged a call with Cool Ideas for intermittent speed issues on my fibre line and within a few minutes received a call back to assist which I wasn’t able to answer. The next day however, a technician called me and spent a while assisting me with updating settings on my router. The speed still wasn’t right considering it’s a 100mbps line. He then offered a free upgrade to my router which I was amazed! The gentleman Nhlanhla Mkhithi was exceptionally patient and polite and it was a pleasure dealing with such a professional. Thanks again for your help and service Nhlanhla!
