Amazing Business Model

I must say I had a very interesting phone call this past Friday night from one Mr Moodley who represents Cool Ideas. He phoned me and gave me as a paying customer/client a earful because I phoned Cool Ideas and dared to asked to speak to him directly. His word to me was that I had no right to contact him directly as there as protocols to be followed.

I am not sure what more protocols one needs to follow when one has had to contacted Cool Ideas call center more than 28 times during the lock-down spent on average of 20 min holding or talking to an agent who is not capable of assisting you with your query.

I a can go on and on about the shocking service and help that one gets from Cool Ideas but all you need to look at are the many many complaints on Helllopeter and other sites.

It is a scary time in business life if one is not allowed to contact a Senior manager of a company when one has a continual problem.

I need to clearly adjust my business model for my business to take into account the thinking of a company such as an amazing philosophy as Cool Ideas has.
