Advanced payments were made with no service for 3 months
Disgusting service! Requested assistance for past 3 months regarding billing inquiry for Vumatel ISP.
Been promised that all will be sorted . Internet has been off for 2 months and payments were requested but no resolve in billing query.
Agent of Cool Ideas had us on hold for 20 mins up until their offices closed. Call cut .
Very Very dissapointed in the assistance , no clear communication being made , no feedback or progress resulted in the past 3 months
