Absolutely useless

If I could do lower than a 1 I would! Even Bheki hasn’t managed to solve my problem. Cool Ideas are absolutely terrible at getting back to you or helping solve issues. I have sooo many rmany Terence’s on the same issue. I app**** for a transfer in May, one month before moving house. All seemed in order, and I connected to the WiFi, no issues. Until I discovered that the previous owner had not disconnected her service and hence I was having very low WiFi rates. So for 2 months I had to pay Cool Ideas for my package, and they tell me that there is nothing they can do to get Vumatel to switch my line from Web Africa( previous owner) to Cool Ideas, even though the previous owner has also given notice.Now I have no WiFi, yet I still pay Cool Ideas as they have still not transferred the service! Absolutely useless.
