Absolutely unacceptable service!!!

We live in Lakeside Village, Modderfontein. Our fibre went down Tuesday, 8 August about 4 in the afternoon after construction workers in our area damaged a cable. A few streets in our area have been affected. Today, 12 August we still have no connectivity. I have made several phone calls and sent an email, but we are still in the dark. No one can tell us what is going on and when the problem would be fixed. The standard reply is that they would escalate to TT Connect. Dear Cool Ideas, please note that I am paying you every month and therefore I expect you to take serious action when there is a problem for so long. Phoning your call centre is a waste of time and money because you just don't get any answers. All I'm asking for is confirmation that something is being done to resolve the problem, what the problem is, and when it will be resolved!
