Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service from Cool Ideas

I have signed up with cool ideas for a 10mbs download and upload speed, unshaped. What this means is if I have a wired connection I will receive a constant download and upload speed of 10mbs.

Before the 20th of February I noticed my internet connection was terribly slow ( less than 1 mbs and most times less than half a mbs). I have logged numerous emails and phone calls since then will cool ideas and they keep saying it's not their issue. What's worse is I keep getting promises that cool ideas managers will call me when I call never do. It's been almost two weeks and no resolution has been recieved nor any communication of when someone will come out and fix the issue.

They are really unprofessional and offer a really cheap service.

To date business has not responded. I only have recently (today) spoken to a manager and even after this still dont feel comfortable that my internet will be fixed. They have debited me the full amount again and not refunded me for the 8 days where my internet has gone down nor the number of days in the current month where my internet is down. If you look at the values and corporate philosophy on the website. Not one of those are true
