Absolutely pathetic service from cool ideas a fibre supplier in my area
Absolutely pathetic service from cool ideas a fibre supplier in my area. Couldn’t get my money fast enough. No interest in solving my issues. Constantly send me emails saying everything is working perfectly. Yet it isn’t. Signal is erratic. Quality fades in and out. I have yet to experience the 500mbps I have paid for. In fact on some speed tests it’s as low as 3 mbps. Stay away from them people they will make you mad.
