Absolutely HORRIF SERVICE!!!!!!!

I purchased a R499 Fibre package from Cool Ideas because they were rated the top Fibre service providers in SA. To my disappointment, Vumatel came out to my property to "install the Fibre cables" but when they got here, they told me that we unfortunately have no infrastructure in our area and therefore they cannot provide me with the installation. I then requested a refund for the package I've purchased from Cool Ideasand till today i am awaiting my damn money. I've been told Vumatel were supposed to process my refund yet i purchased the package from Cool Ideas and not Vumatel as they only do the installation. I am struggling since February to get my money from Cool Ideas because they keep giving me excuses. This is the worst company EVER!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are **********!!!!!!
