Absolutely horrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Received horrible service from their billing and tech support departments when querying on why they upgraded (without notice) my account to the higher speeds post their speed promo period ended this year & price adjustment - thus forcing me to continue at the higher price. Not even offering alternate options. No prior notification/enquiry/option given as to whether I want to continue with the new speed (post the promo period) or to stay with my current speed. NOTHING!!! I would not recommend them to anyone.
