A good ISP

The company is very efficient. The service is great, although sometimes the communication between them and the line provider can be a bit tricky but the speeds are as promised and they always respond to queries. I like that they have a twitter so you can also get updates from there. The only thing which I wish they had was after hours support as they only answer the phones in office hours.
