841811 - Inconsistent communication
May we have a number or email to speak directly with a supervisor. The agent handling our query is very reluctant to assist with escalating our query. He says he has, but days later we had to call to follow up only to get a very lazy response. Please share details and I will provide fu background to our issue. Ticket 841811
