4 WEEKS NO WIFI

I have been without Wifi for 4 weeks now. No security, entertainment or Wi-fi. We are back in the dark ages. My cellphone data bills have gone through the roof.

TT Connect's brilliant plan is to ask my domestic to reboot the router over the phone as they dont want to come out to fix the problem. Cool Ideas equally brilliant plan is to blame TT Connect. Between them, TT Connect lie about contacting me so we go around in circles.

I found a TT Connect technician in my suburb and chased him down but he refused to help as he was going to fix my neighbours wifi.

Cool Ideas are simply acknowledging my emails (48 hours later) but are doing precisely nothing.

I would recommend that if these guys have a monopoly in your area, that you stay clear of them and just buy data.
