22 Days and still no Fibre installation?!
I did everything to the book, app**** for a new Fibre installation to switch over to Vumatel from Openserv on the 31 of June and paid my R1750. Canceled my Openserv line with 30 days notice. Nano Fibre came to install the Fibre ONT on the 11th and came back to complete the job 14th only to say the Fibre installed into my house is broken. Team comes to install new Fibre and that is where it stopped. Cool Ideas contact me on the 18th asking if the Fibre is installed. Explain to them what happened and told they would escalate. Phone Cool Ideas 21st and get they will escalate. Phone today the 22nd ae story they will escalate. 22 Days and no Fibre installation completed. Can't recall my cancelation on Openserv as we past the 20th. Get a strong feeling going to be without internet come the end of the month unless some miracle happens!

We see that there was a delay due to the subcontractor tha the fibre line provider was using, this is in escalation phase and our team are doing everything they can to ensure the fibre line provider assists us in getting movement. we dont mean for our cusotmers to endure these sort of delays but we are at the mercy of the fibre line providers as we provide the data portion of the deal and we rely on them to sort out the physical fibre infrastructure and configuration of the line.
