20 days of stories - Cool Ideas has no idea!
Ticket number: 698065, It has been 20 days since we started this journey with cool ideas. The following things were identified: > Vumatal needs to come out to link the line > The address registered is not the same as that on teh system > Vumatal has not linked your accoutn > Our operating hours are closed over weekend for activation > Vumatal says they have done all they can and Cool Ideas must activate account > Cool Ideas says Vumatal must activate > We will resolve this at the end of the day. > No one calls for 24 hours > No one is reachable to assist, sent from pillar to post.
This is some of the issues and responses I have heard all month from Cool Ideas. But i find myself still with no WIFI and yet I was already debited for the service.
This is really disappointing, I am lost for words at this point. I have no energy to even fight anymore.

Upon investigating we have found that there were a number of issues that the fibre line provider needed to resolve. we do apologize for this as much as you as a customer should not endure this sort of experience we are at the mercy of the fibre line provider to ensure they do their part of the job. we see that your issues have since been resolved and you are up and running
