Would have given them 0 stars, but that's not an option... I signed up a couple of days ago, and they just give no feedback at all regarding install dates. The initial ETA of 2-3 weeks has now changed to 2-4 weeks, and they still cannot give me an estimate of when it will be done. I told them a week ago that I need a date, so I can plan my schedule to be home when they come to install, but nothing...
